From August 1st - August 24th, a team from Harmony Hill Church will be in Kwa Zulu-Natal, South Africa to work at God's Golden Acre .

They will be building toilet facilities for a programme which helps children who have been orphaned through Aids.

They are setting off with a fantastic amount of money. Over £6200 was raised - so much more than the team could ever have imagined or dreamed of taking. Thanks to all who helped in so many ways to raise this amount.

£5000 has already been sent ahead to buy items for building and the team will take the remainder with them.

As soon as the team arrives they will be going shopping for urgently needed items like soap, shampoo, baby wipes, underwear and more to give to the project.

While the team are away please pray:

• That what the team do will be worthwhile and for Jesus Christ
• That Alex meets up with the team as planned
• For good physical health
• Emotional strength to cope with difficult/sad situations
• Enjoyment of being part of a team
