FLAME stands for Following the Lord through All My Experiences.  The idea behind FLAME is to keep young people’s faith alive through meeting together on Sunday nights to encourage each other.  A burning coal needs to be kept in the fire in order to keep its flame alive, otherwise the flame will go out.  Similarly, by meeting together, we hope to encourage young people to keep the flame of their faith alive in their own lives.

FLAME is mainly run by our Young Leaders.  These are a group of young folk aged 16+ who are undergoing their own leadership training programme this year as well as helping contribute to the FLAME evenings.

In addition, there’s drinks, buns and silly games to keep us all fuelled for the journey!
